Dr. Larry Perez, is the founder and Senior Pastor of U-turn Covenant Church (an affiliate of New Life Covenant Church CHICAGO & The Assemblies of God), in Northlake Illinois. He is also the founder of the Turn Center (a community based 501c3 non-for-profit organization). He's a former National Youth Director for the Young Defenders Ministry, and currently serves as a Trustee for MCIN, a Worldwide Discipleship Movement. He serves as a director of the NLA (NewLife Association) and loves to serve pastors in church planting, leadership development, and evangelism. HE served as a Host for TBN Salsa for over 3 years, and has done several conferences in other countries for pastoral and ministry leadership. He has a B.A. In Communications from Northeastern Illinois University and has obtained his MACM at Northern Baptist Theological Seminary. He recently obtained a Ministerial Doctorate from Southeastern University.
Pastor Jose & Maritza Perez, our Associate Pastors, are a pillar of our church. With 30 years of marriage to each other, and their five children, they bring a wealth of life experience and leadership to our congregation. Previously serving as the Senior Pastors of New ER Church in Chicago for 13 years. Pastor Jose & Maritza continue to inspire and guide our spiritual journey with their compassionate and devoted approach.
